When a tenant does a scheduled move out we do a fully narrated video inspection of the home at no charge. If an owner request an inspection on a home while occupied we charge $70.00 you can have them done quarterly, bi-annually, annually or just by request.

Investors pay SPM to verify that 3rd party work is completed on homes we don't manage.

 

If you are not a client of SPM and are considering using SPM we will do a preview of a vacant property or even check behind contractors for you. The charge is $95.00 for just a video or $125.00 if you have a bid or work detailed list you would like us to review.
