Online Payments

We ask that you utilize our online payment gateway or Mail in your rent to PO Box 747, Arlington, Tennessee 38002.
You can make your rent payment online using the platform ZEGO Powered by PayLease. This is a secure method to make your rent payment online using a credit card or ACH (electronic check). Set up an account by visiting this link. Click Here

It takes 3 business days for us to receive the online payment. Rent will be considered late if it is not received by the 6th of the month at 9:00 AM. You will want to make your online payment around the 1st of the month to account for the processing times.

You can drop off your payment at the office during office hours, 10 am - 4 pm.  Keep your check carbon copies, money orders, and cash stubs for your receipt. No copies of the receipts will be provided at this time. You can email us and we will email you a copy of the receipt.

There will be no changes to rent it will be due on the 1st of the month and considered late at 9:00 AM on the 6th.
